Am unable to access 24hour phone teller. It keeps repeating asking for my account #. Tried to CLOSE ACCOUNT, was told I have to WAIT 30 days because I have a secured credit card. Asked to see that in writing. Jason could only provide written proof that said THEY DON'T HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT UNTIL THEY ARE READY. Made big scene in office, filed police report. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!
