I am not big on writing reviews, but I am big on my puppies. It matters to many how their furry children are treated while you are away. Recent new management changes created a worry for me today when I dropped by girls off for their grooming appointment. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, I was even more please with how clean the place was. Not that it ever looked terrible before, but it was very organized and smelled clean. It came time for me to pick up my girls, I told them it would be about 4:30, so I get there, they are ready and so happy to see me. But more importantly, they were basically giving kisses to the employees, which means my babies were happy and well taken care of! New management sounds scary, but they were a breath of fresh air today. I will continue doing business with Kailey's especially after this visit.
Our dog Murphy always look and smell great when he goes here. I love the service of the staff and the friendly atmosphere. Always treated our pet like they we're best friends. Thanks Patty.
Tina is a dog whisperer and our dog had a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. She took great care and she's reasonably priced
