Nice RV park. Right on Thomas Dr., so during bike rally it can get quite loud. WiFi sux, like most campgrounds. Bathhouses were clean.
We stay every year and the staff that I have encountered have been nothing but nice. Sherry(staff)was the first person we met here and was extremely nice and helpful(love her). Have met more staff and all have been very nice. Even when we had a problem with a person in the site behind us that was constantly revving his loud chopper late a night, they let us move to another site with no problem. Certified techs on hand and ice cream(the best) in the store front office. It can get crowded during holidays and the club Le vela is directly across the street which makes traffic bad during a concert but you can still walk across the street to the beach. There is pooling water in the showers but it seems to be where the shower curtain is not closed and water gets out on the outside of shower stall where you stand. Usually not bad. Showers are usually clean and shower stalls have door locks. Dryers in washing room are extremely hot. I bring bug spray and spray our area, usually no problem with ants or sand fleas after that. Reserve early! Pet's are welcomed but must stay on lesh when outside
The next review says it is absolutely nasty and disgusting with no place to put your clothes.... and the 2 reviews are just a couple of months apart!! I don't know what to think.
Wonderful place to stay. The owners are so helpful and the staff we met were nice. Well stocked store on site too. They helped us while being displaced from hurricane Irma. Thank you again for everything!
I am not sure what to think about this place when I see such CONTRASTING OPINIONS OF THIS PLACE. HOW can a person make an informed decision? One person uses the bathhouse and its just fine.
Fun place to stay .People are friendly, helpful and really nice .Bathrooms are clean ,a little dark ,still they are clean .Workers continually check to make sure everything is as it should be .Kids love it here .Good beach , you have to walk a little , its worth it when you get there .Internet sucks but you can't have it all .We will be returning.
