The office doesn't have a direct number. So we drive up to get assistance with our issue,which should have been solved,but it's still not letting us e-file. No help at all.Conversation didn't even get that far,because they just want to filter people back out and home to do everything online.
Have been to this office last year and this year to deal with identity theft issues. This office is basically a window into why people complain about government employees. Lazy,stereotypes. Unhelpful. Getting a paycheck.
Perfectly humorless! I felt like a movie star or a guest on the new 1984 Disney ride! The employees here work tirelessly to produce a dystopic ambiance. You can tell they take their job very seriously because the production value is off the charts when it comes to dehumanizing, and reassuing you that you are wasting their time with a very insignificant issue. Your problem is only important to you after all! We all need to be a little less ego-centric and this place will help you identify your desires and aspirations for what they really are, an annoyance to others. Would visit again (not for help though)!
Security guard stays on his phone all the time and can be SHORT with customers. Window clerks are like robots. Go there to pay because of identity theft issues and they act like it is such a problem for them to take payment. They WANT ME TO CONTINUE TO EXPOSE MYSELF TO IDENTITY THEFT. Have spoken to Supervisor, very rude. Asked to speak to her Supervisor, she gave me a phone # in TAMPA, FL.??? Something is not right at that office!
